Planting / Harvesting
We make controlled harvest management at the ideal stage of maturation, observing the necessary period between harvesting and processing the fruit, and using process technology with rapid cooling of the pulp, which guarantees the maintenance of the essential properties of the fruit, resulting in a natural product, rich in nutrients and tastier.
Production / Processing
Pulping / Core Washing Process
Human contact with the product is practically non-existent. This production technique guarantees the efficient washing of the core, and the introduction of the use of ozone eliminates in part or in its entirety the proliferation of bacteria, molds and yeasts, maintaining all the natural properties of açaí and resulting in a product of high standard of quality.
After pulping, the product is immediately cooled, evaluated and stored at -27 ° C. Rapid cooling followed by freezing prevents oxidation, allowing the conservation of its natural properties and transporting it to the customer in ideal conditions for consumption / processing.
